Shipping Charges
USA - UPS Ground Service is available for $19.95 per order, plus $8.00 for each additional item. (Additional Chargers in AK/HI). UPS 3 Day Service is available for $29.95 per order, plus $10.00 for each additional item. UPS Overnight Service is available for $59.95 per order + $10.00 for each additional item.

International Shipping - via the US Postal Express service is available for $74.95 per order, plus $10.00 for each additional item. Canadian Shipping is $59.95 + $10.00 for each additional item plus 5% for GST.

Please note that SheerVision does not include add customs duties for international shipments to our invoices that may be applicable to your specific country - except for Canada where a 5% GST is added to your order. Therefore, the purchaser is responsible for any additional local customs duties, taxes, or fees.

Order Lead Times
Order lead-times vary by product type.

Our standard lead time to ship Signature flip-up loupes is 5-15 business days, and is 12-20 business days for loupes with prescription lenses added.

For our customized SureFit through-the-lens (TTL) surgical telescopes the lead time is 15-20 business days, and is 20-30 business days for loupes with prescription lenses added. For

SheerVision Infinity Ultra2, V-RAY, Ultra mini and Original FireFly LED headlight products please allow 5-15 business days before shipping.

Please also allow additional time for transit from our California facilities to your delivery destination.

To confirm shipping dates on any order or for a rush order, please notify our customer service department by e-mail or telephone.

Refunds
To process a refund for a product return, please allow for 25-30 days for the item to be evaluated and then for a credit to be processed. Please note that SheerVision is not responsible for the return shipping costs, or any additional custom duties, taxes, or fees required to return the item to SheerVision.
